I'm a trained process leader as well as massage therapist, healer and retreat facilitator. I work with individuals and groups, and have been leading workshops and retreats for 24 years. Training includes the Body Electric School in California, Shalom Mountain in the Catskills of NY, as well as 2 years of leadership training with Carol Jud at Knollwood in CT. I offer healing sessions in the Newburyport MA area and have over 36 years experience in 12-step recovery, working with clients who are healing from trauma, addiction and life changes/challenges. Transformational Energy Therapist
I have sung all my life… In the late 1990s, I was asked to sing at a small New Thought church (Unity on the River) in Amesbury MA. It was there I started writing heart-centered songs that seemed to come in dreams from Spirit. Out of this experience came 3 uplifting transformational CD compilations that focus on empowerment and raising of consciousness. I also offer a CD of bluesy, soulful love songs.
